The Goal:

The objective was to bring digital transformation to a field service company that relied heavily on manual processes. Client service requests were being managed entirely through text messages, making it difficult to track, organize, and assign tasks efficiently. The goal was to centralize these operations in a dedicated platform to reduce errors and improve response times.

Since the team was used to simple communication tools like SMS, the new system needed to feel just as straightforward while introducing more structure and visibility. Ease of adoption was critical to ensure a smooth transition from the manual method.
